Earl E. Bowman Award

On July 3, 2002, Earl E. Bowman, Huntington County Building Inspector went to work just like any other day. It was a sunny Wednesday morning, and like most of us, he was looking forward to a long Fourth of July holiday weekend. Before the end of that day, Earl’s life was taken away because of him doing his job. Earl E. Bowman is this association’s only line of duty death.
