Full Registration:  includes breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday; reception on Tuesday; and dinner on Monday and Wednesday


Day Registration:  includes any meals provided on the days referenced in the Full Registration description.


Meal Package:  a meal package will be available for spouses/guests; the price will be available at a later date.


Hotel:  Reservations should be made directly with the Belterra Casino Hotel at 888-BELTERRA by March 12, 2017.  The room rate is $99.00 per night plus applicable taxes, please mention group code S0317BO to get the group rate.  All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied with a first night room deposit or guaranteed by credit card.  Rooms cannot be guaranteed if reservations are not made in advance.


Annual Meeting:  The Association's Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, March 27 at 1 p.m.  At this meeting the election of officers will take place as well as a review of proposed bylaws changes.  Information about each of these items can be found at the following:

Registration Deadline:  Please register no later than Monday, March 13, 2017.


Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Monday, March 13, 2017 to avoid penalty.  All late cancellations and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee.  Faxed cancellations must be verified they were received.  It is the responsibility of the registrant to verify cancellation was received.  Emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.
