Exclusive Sponsorship Opportunities:

Exhibitor Show Entrance Sign - $100

Your company name will be displayed at the top of the participating exhibitor sign. The sign will be displayed at the entrance to the Event Center, Exhibitor Show.

Monday reception and dinner and Tuesday evening dinner - $500
The Monday reception and dinner and the Tuesday evening dinner sponsorships are the premier events of ICEC. The dinners provide a 15 minute opportunity to present in front of conference attendees, along with your company name prominently displayed at the entrance to the dinner.

Monday and Tuesday lunch sponsorships - $500

Lunch sponsorships provide a 15 minute opportunity to present in front of conference attendees, along with your company name prominently displayed at the entrance to lunch.

Cash Bar - $300

The Monday reception and dinner and the Tuesday evening dinner cash bar sponsorships will include your company name prominently displayed at the cash bar during the dinner events.

Special Education Scholarship Silent Auction - $200 per item/basket
This year's scholarship auction provides a unique opportunity to supply auction items for an event that secures money for scholarship awards for individuals attending college or trade school. The auction will take place after the dinner on Tuesday. Your company name will be displayed with each donated item or basket and also as a sponsor of the event.

All attendees are responsible for reserving and paying for their own hotel rooms. The room rate is $107 plus taxes/fees ($129 plus taxes/fees for premium room). All reservations are required to submit credit card payment for the first night's room and tax to confirm the reservation. A receipt will be included along with the confirmation information. Full refunds may be issued provided cancellation occurs 48 hours in advance of arrival.

Hotel Cancellation: Any hotel room cancellations are the responsibility of the registrant and must be made by the hotel's cancellation deadline.

Conference Cancellation Policy - Conference cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, September 4 to avoid penalty. All late cancellations and no shows will billed for 50% of the registration fee. Faxed cancellations must be verified they were received. It is the responsibility of the registrant to make the verification. Emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.
