2005 InRC: Residential Code, Structural Chapters; 4 Foundations, 5 Floors, 6 Walls, and 8 Roof-Ceiling Construction
A training seminar sponsored by the Indiana Association of Building Officials, Inc. a chapter of the International Code Council, Inc.
Indiana Association of Building Officials will host a seminar on May 26, 2016 to present and discuss the Residential Code.
Date: May 26, 2016
- Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m.
- Class will start at 9:00 a.m.
- There will be 1 hour for lunch
- Class will conclude at 4:00 p.m.
Cost:
Member: $100, this fee will cover the instructor and materials
Non-member: $125, this fee will cover the instructor and materials
Lunch will not be provided
The Course is worth .6 CEUs/6 contact hours.
Class Information:
Training will provide an in-depth overview of the Indiana Residential Code (675 IAC 14), Structural Requirements. Participants will have an understanding of how the code was developed, and will have a working knowledge of the core principles needed to correctly interpret and apply the code.
Training methods used will employ lecture, group discussion and visual aids.
Participants, at the conclusion of the training, will be able to accurately apply these chapters of the code to residential projects.

Registration Deadline:
The registration deadline is May 19, 2016, which is one week before the class. Registrations received after Thursday, May 19 will not be guaranteed class materials at the time of class.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing no later than May 19, 2016 to avoid penalty. All late cancellations and no shows will be billed $10. Faxed cancellations must be verified they were received. It is the responsibility of the registrant to make the verification. Emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.
