Please use group code ICEC-Annual Business Meeting so that you are part of the Indiana Association of Building Officials room block in order to receive the room rate of $129 plus taxes/fees.  The deadline to book your room is August 25, 2023.  Rooms cannot be guaranteed if reservations are not made in advance.  Room cancellation is the responsibility of the individual.

Hotel Cancellation: Any hotel room cancellations are the responsibility of the registrant and must be made by the hotel's cancellation deadline.


Conference Cancellation Policy - Conference cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, September 8 to avoid penalty.  All late cancellations and no shows will billed for 50% of the registration fee.  Faxed cancellations must be verified they were received.  It is the responsibility of the registrant to make the verification.  Emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.
