All attendees are responsible for reserving and paying for their own hotel rooms. This is a small hotel so please book your room soon if you prefer to be in the host hotel. Once the host hotel is booked, information on the second hotel will be made available.
Please call the hotel to book your room and let them know you are with Indiana Code Education Conference in order to receive the room rate of $115 plus taxes/fees.
The deadline to book your room is August 16, 2024.
Rooms cannot be guaranteed if reservations are not made in advance. Room cancellation is the responsibility of the individual.
Hotel Cancellation: Any hotel room cancellations are the responsibility of the registrant and must be made by the hotel's cancellation deadline.
Conference Cancellation Policy - Conference cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, September 6 to avoid penalty. All late cancellations and no shows will billed for 50% of the registration fee. Faxed cancellations must be verified they were received. It is the responsibility of the registrant to make the verification. Emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.
