All attendees are responsible for reserving and paying for their own hotel rooms.  The room rate is $129 plus taxes/fees.  Book your room online at https://book.passkey.com/e/50937240 by August 31, 2025.  Rooms cannot be guaranteed if reservations are not made in advance.  Room cancellation is the responsibility of the individual.

Hotel Cancellation: Any hotel room cancellations are the responsibility of the registrant and must be made by the hotel's cancellation deadline.

Conference Cancellation Policy - Conference cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, September 5 to avoid penalty.  All late cancellations and no shows will billed for 50% of the registration fee.  Faxed cancellations must be verified they were received.  It is the responsibility of the registrant to make the verification.  Emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.
