The Indiana Association of Building Officials is hosting the Indiana Code Education Conference (ICEC) at the Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa in Michigan City, Indiana. This conference is a great opportunity to participate in excellent education classes including residential, commercial and fire codes.  There will be time to network with other IABO members, exhibitors, and others who will be there for the education classes and festivities.

Meal Package:  meals may be purchased for spouses/guests.  Please register guest meals by August 31, 2026.


Conference Cancellation Policy - Conference cancellations must be received in writing no later than August 31, 2026 to avoid penalty.  All late cancellations and no shows will billed for 50% of the registration fee.  Emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.

All attendees are responsible for reserving and paying for their own hotel rooms.  The room rate is $107/$129 plus taxes/fees based on room type.  The reservation deadline is Sunday, August 23, 2026. Use Group Code ABMBO26 to get the negotiated room rate.  Rooms cannot be guaranteed if reservations are not made in advance.  Room cancellation is the responsibility of the individual.

Hotel Cancellation: Any hotel room cancellations are the responsibility of the registrant and must be made by the hotel's cancellation deadline.
